Nolensville Real Estate
William and Sarah Nolen, along with their five children, were migrating through Middle Tennessee in the year 1797. Along the way, their wagon broke down which caused the family to postpone their travels to make necessary repairs. After examining the local environment, Nolen saw that they area was abundant in rich soil, good hunting and fresh water. These natural resources won over Nolen and he decided to build their family home on this land. He and his family constructed their farmstead and peach orchard on the area which is now known as Nolensville. William and Sarah had eleven more children
